I'm Amy, an almost-Emmy almost-winning comedy writer and producer based in Brooklyn. I write for Half As Interesting, executive-produced The Getaway, and made the pink sweater featured on this page (took forever!).

 

As a speechwriter, I've been published under other names in TIME Magazine, Variety, CNN.com, the Washington Post, and more, and snuck words into the mouths of pop stars, activists, comedians, business leaders, politicians, and others at fancy events to which I was not invited.

I also do standup, write/direct/produce the occasional sketch, get published under my own name, and make a lot of desserts. One time a goat ate my hair. And now you're caught up!​
